Chota West Prong Cleatable Wading Shoe With Rubber Soles

The West Prong is a rubber soled wading shoe, similar to the East Prong wading shoe. The Rubber sole is cleatable and offers additional traction in snow and mud. The rubber soles are required in some states & locations to reduce the transmission of didymo and other invasive things that threaten stream health. Some countries like New Zealand also require rubber soled shoes for wading. Yellowstone National Park is also on the list. Check local regs to see what is required.

The insides have a soft cushy mid sole. These are a great price and well made.

These are oversized to accommodate waders, order normal sizes. Half sizes order one size up. For example size 8.5 would order a 9. All sizes listed are men’s . Smaller sizes could be used for women and children.
