Krystal Flash, this is the original material. These are twisted strands of pearl mylar dyed. These are used on hundreds of different patterns. The strands are folded and are about 10” long. To use, we nip the corners of the bag and then pull 2-3 strands out, we fold over and clip 2-3 times. We use a loop and tie the loop toward the eye, given you less slip. We also often straggle the fibers rather than chop them off.
