Temple Fork Outfitters Axiom 2

Temple Fork Outfitters Axiom 2 is a fast action rod ideal for freshwater and saltwater fishing. It is a replacement for the popular Clouser rod that was dropped a few years ago. This makes a great streamer rod for salmon, trout, big browns and also smallmouth. The lighter sizes are ideal for river trout. This rod does well when fishing from drift boats or in lakes with wind conditions. In windy areas for wading this rod will turn over big flies easily. It is a great rod for fighting bigger fish and is ideal for your dream trip to Alaska or Argentina.

The A2 design was created with input from the TFO Advisory Staff and rod designers to create an easy to load rod, (bend) and that is quick in unloading, with accurate and true tracking. The Axiom2 has no bounce, shock and no wobble on the stop – A2 rods are smooth and efficient casting rods. This action allows faster pick up and casts allowing you to turn over big flies and weighted flies quickly. It’s one of our favorites for lake fishing, streamer fishing and chasing big fish.
